Fall Bird Walk!  
Bring your binoculars, your cameras and your kids for a fun, educational tour of
the Springfield Woods and Historic Wilson Park of Baltimore, Maryland
led by bird expert Mike Hudson, this Saturday November 17th at 9:00 a.m.

Update: Springfield Woods Cleanup: The JHU Presidents Day of Service!

 

The Friends of the Springfield Woods in Historic Wilson Park will participate in the Johns Hopkins University's President's Day of Service in a clean up of the Springfield Woods on Saturday, October 27th from 12 noon to 3 pm.  

Students, staff members and faculty members from JHU will join with community members to help restore the fresh water stream in the Springfield Woods, an urban forest located at Springfield Ave between the Alameda  and St. Georges Avenue.

Anyone can volunteer to help in the clean up by showing up ready to work by 12 noon.  Warning: Please wear shoes or boots that can get muddied! For further information call Butch Berry at 443-622-8224.
